Set your goals

Self paced e-learning
Then it’s time for you to work through the BEHAVES Academy e-learning modules – we’ll issue your team licences and ask them to complete the modules in time for a set of pre-agreed deadlines.

Online group sessions
We’ll run live, online “flipped classroom” sessions in between the modules, to bring the academic material into your team discussions and help you to digest what you have learned.

Action planning workshop
Once we’ve finished with all the learning materials, we’ll end with an action planning workshop. This is the really exciting bit, as we’ll help you apply all the tools you’ve learned to your specific business problem.

Practical takeaway actions
Finally, we’ll help you generate and refine a list of actions to implement and measure in your business.
